• Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose technology solutions.

• Support the development and maintenance of business process models and workflows.

• Help document functional and non-functional requirements for projects.

• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure requirements are met.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and technical documentation for project stakeholders.

• Support the testing process by creating test cases, performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensuring quality assurance standards are met.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Basic understanding of business analysis and technical documentation.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.

• Exposure to data modeling, process mapping, or BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).

• Experience with SQL or basic data querying.

• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (any one is a plus).

• Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP.

• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and version control systems like Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
